| Yes, Powder is fully compatible with Vista. It is also 100% compatible with Windows XP (SP1,SP2 and SP3). |
| 2. Can we use Powder on several computers? |
| Yes, you can use Powder on as many computers as you want but it's one licence per computer. The Beta version is free on all the computers. |
| 3. Does Powder work on IMAP or Exchange account? |
| Yes, Powder works with POP3, IMAP and Exchange accounts. |
| 4. Do I have to configure the accounts when I install Powder? What if I don't remember my passwords? |
| Powder automatically configures itself when installed just click to INSTALL and it will check all your POP, IMAP and Exchange accounts automatically. You don't have to enter any server or password details and within minutes your computer is protected without any configuration. |
| 5. Am I protected for all my emails accounts in Outlook? |
| Yes, once you've installed Powder on your computer it automatically protects all your emails. Powder checks all your emails and protects them against any spam. |
| 6. Do I have to enter my authorized list on Outlook when I install Powder? |
